I’ve learned to meet life as an adventure, embracing both the beauty and the challenges while returning to what truly nourishes me. I trust my instincts to move when the moment calls and to rest when stillness is the medicine. My role is to steady the ground beneath your feet, open new ways of seeing, and remind you of the strength and light already within.
I work with Shamanic practices, breath work, energy healing, mindfulness, and music, weaving them with embodied wisdom to guide people through growth, healing, and reclamation. Life has shown me that even our limitations can be invitations, shaping us into more resilient, creative, and grounded versions of ourselves.
For me, nourishment is sacred, food, love, and compassion are the foundations of vitality. Strength comes not from avoiding challenges but from meeting them with humor, depth, and purpose.
My devotion is to create spaces where you feel safe to release what weighs you down, supported to grow new roots, and inspired to step into your light.

Alchemy Sessions are one on one sessions that begin with a simple invitation to return, to yourself.
A return to your breath, your body, your knowing. You sit with the practitioner who is calling to you, and together you open a space where you no longer need to perform, hold it all, or figure anything out. You simply meet yourself as you are.
Private Immersion Retreats offer you the space to step out of your life & deeper within.
For three days you are held by guides who can see you clearly, steady your system, and walk with you through the breakthroughs you have been circling. This is where your truth becomes undeniable and your next chapter has room to rise.
