    No prior experience is needed, but many light workers, healers, and space holders will feel called here—to rest, replenish, and connect with the ocean, the jungle, and their own purpose.

  • Getting Here:
    Fly into Juan Santamaría International Airport (SJO) or Quepos La Managua Airport (XQP). Group shuttle transportation is included from the designated arrival point.

    The cost of the retreat will be between $3333-4444, it depends on excursions and time of year. Thi swill be confirmed when you register.

Over the course of 7 days and 6 nights, you’ll immerse yourself in adventure, connection, and beauty. Our home will be a tropical-modern sanctuary, a private villa—chosen for comfort, safety, and a deep connection to the land.

We’ll explore Costa Rica’s famed waterfalls, national parks, and nature preserves, hike rainforest trails, and enjoy daily movement practices from yoga to jungle bathing. Morning and evening circles will open space for reflection, sharing, and connection, while nourishing, plant-focused meals from our private chef will support your body and spirit. Throughout the week, you’ll also have the opportunity to receive healing touch and massage sessions for deep restoration. Every detail is designed to help you feel held, replenished, and fully alive.

    I had devoted the past decade to motherhood and had thoroughly lost myself in the process. If you can’t fill from an empty cup, I was doing my very best at faking it. I was worried that I would be a shell of myself forever.

    From the moment I arrived in Costa Rica, I felt a stirring in my heart. The entire experience was invitation after invitation to sit with myself and acknowledge my needs, thoughts, and desires (and also the habit to squelch them, that had led to the state of lack I had grown so accustomed to).

    At the retreat, I came back home to my own body and voice.
