My heart is calling me back to my favorite place on Earth: Costa Rica.

As a former therapist, I’ve witnessed that some of the most profound shifts don’t happen from talking about life they happen from fully stepping into it. In Costa Rica, nature is not just a beautiful backdrop. The ocean, jungle, fire, earth, and sky become your teachers.

Somewhere in that process, you remember who you are. Not the version of you that’s been holding everything together in daily life, but the one underneath it all. The one connected to your truth, your joy, your body, and your soul.

Although I’ve recently arrived in Oregon, part of my heart still lives in Costa Rica. My intention moving forward is to create spaces rooted in deeper connection to nature, community, joy, creativity, and genuine human connection.

Each year, I return to Dominical with an intimate group of women to share the beauty, energy, and experiences that exist there in a way I haven’t found anywhere else. Simply being there changes how you see the world.

There’s something about the land, the rhythm, and the way everything slows down that allows something real to come forward.

I look forward to welcoming you into an intentional week of creativity, connection, rest, laughter, adventure, and meaningful moments.

Fly into Juan Santamaría International Airport (SJO) or Quepos La Managua Airport (XQP). Group shuttle transportation is included from the designated arrival point.

Airfare and any additional excursions or services are not included.

Travel: You will book two flights, first to SJO in San José, Costa Rica (not California, please), and then to Quepos. A group shuttle from Quepos Airport will be scheduled for the start of the retreat (or fly into San Jose next morning).

*If you miss the scheduled shuttle, you will be responsible for arranging and covering your own transportation to the retreat location.

Over this week-long immersion (7 Days, 6 Nights), you'll step into a rhythm that honors both your vision and your need for a deep, restorative reset of the heart and soul. Our Sanctuary
Our home is a tropical-modern villa tucked into the canopy. It is a private sanctuary designed for safety, comfort, and an effortless connection to the jungle. It is a place to exhale, to move with the sun, and to remember what it feels like to be fully at home within.

The Path of the Insider

We move through the jungle with intention alongside our trusted guide, Wil, our man with the plan. The beauty of his presence is that he handles the details so we can fully exhale and be present. Rather than crowded tourist destinations, we'll explore private preserves like Hacienda Barú and secluded waterfalls tucked deep within the landscape. These become spaces for ceremony, reflection, release, and reconnection. Places where the noise falls away, the nervous system softens, and the essence of life reminds you what truly matters.

This is not about seeing more. It's about experiencing more. Letting the jungle, the water, and the land support you in reseting your connection to yourself.

Creative Sovereignty

I’ve curated workshops and "art as medicine" for our time together. Whether we are in 1:1 sessions or moving in milieu, this is a time to play, to vision, and to refine the visual language of your life. There is no "hustle," just the expansive power of creative flow.

The Ritual of Restoration

Healing here is deep, soul led, and somatic. We’ve invited the practitioners from Bri Day Spa to bring their out-of-this-world touch directly to the villa. Along with a sound bath led by Met Salih, you will be nourished by practitioners who truly understand the frequency of this land.

I returned home a different person, and when I landed back in the life I had created pre-retreat, there were some shockwaves. It was messy, and I was able to navigate the mess, holding onto what I had discovered in order to create the life I am meant to live, letting the residue wash away from the life I was merely surviving before.
