The intention of all gatherings are to truly meet soul family and from the very bottom of our hearts create a space of gratitude, restoration, and love for each other while having the time of our lives in the desert scapes of Sedona.
This may be the most intimate space I have opened and although no prior experience is required I believe many light workers and existing practitioners will be coming to regroup, rest, and restore while playing in the magic of our connection, Gaia, and with our paths of purpose.
I love these experiences because even when I facilitate I get so much nourishment, insight, activation, and love each time.

Breaking All the Rules
The Big Island of Hawaii seems determined to break the norm; the stereotype of the average tropical island, that is. Here you'll find the ongoing battle between green forests, black lava fields, the ocean, and the rain almost incomprehensible; the diversity is simply stunning. You may find yourself wondering, "Is this an ancient landscape or a future one?"
Expect the unexpected. It’s easier to find a black sand beach than a white one, and if you're adventurous enough, you can even sink your toes into one of the world's few green sand beaches.
Hikers, horseback riders, and land lovers in general will find a wide variety of stunning peaks, valleys, forests, and lava fields to explore. Water lovers will find a plethora of water activities awaiting them, especially on the leeward side where the two giant volcanoes create near pristine water and wave conditions year round. Snorkeling, kayaking, fishing, SCUBA diving, and much more are superb here.
A place of unimaginable beauty, giant cliffs that tower above crashing waves, rivers of molten lava, snow-capped peaks, barren deserts, lava fields, rainforests, and valleys of indescribable beauty adorn this sacred land. An island bursting with new life of all kinds, from the fresh land to the unique flora and fauna, there is no other place quite as magical as this one.
Those who prefer to stay dry land will also enjoy a myriad of land activities. Golfers, beach lovers, and bird watchers can also take pleasure in knowing there are unmatched locations for each of their passions.
The Big Island
The Big Island (officially named Hawaii) is the largest island in the United States' Hawaiian archipelago in the Central Pacific. Its diverse terrain spans colored-sand beaches at Papakolea (green) and Punalu’u (black) to lush rainforest. Within Volcanoes National Park, there are 2 active volcanoes, Kilauea and Mauna Loa. Hapuna Beach and Kahalu'u Beach Park in the west are popular snorkeling sites
The Big Island of Hawaii is the third most popular Hawaiian island among visitors, hosting over 1.5 to 1.7 million travelers annually.
Often called the "Big Island" to help distinguish it from the 1,500-mile long archipelago with which it shares its name, Hawaii, the Big Island has certainly earned its nickname. Sitting in the middle of the Pacific Ocean, the landmass of the Big Island is approximately the same size as the state of Connecticut, about 4,050 sq. miles and still growing daily thanks to Kilauea Volcano on the eastern coast of the island. Composed of five major volcanoes, the island is the youngest in the Hawaiian chain with origins dating back some 800,000 years to present day.
It is not purely these massive geographic bodies that create the mystique of Hawaii. There is a world in Hawaii that resides upon the slopes of these mountains that rivals any other place on Earth. Mother Nature pulled out all the stops when she created this place.
Flow Itinerary and All the Things…
7 days of Adventure, Connection, and Beauty!
Lodging: The desert-modern sanctuary and lodging will provide our sacred container, comfort, and safety for your week long journey. You will likely share a room but not a bed unless you are traveling with someone or open to share. King beds will be the only types of beds that are shared.
Travel and Transportation: The retreat begins at 1pm 04/04/24. Please plan to arrive in Phoenix 04/03/24. The shuttle will pick all participants up from the Hilton Garden Inn, Phoenix at 9am on 04/04/24. Feel free to stay here the night before or arrive here by 10am. If you arrive after 10am 04/04/24 you will be responsible for your own transportation and associated expenses.
Sacred Movement: Movement will be a part of this experience from the beginning to the end. Whether it’s a daily practice something you do solo. We will do yoga, go on nature walks, and the last night, Sacred Movement to music.
Morning and Evening Circles: Honoring the circle throughout the retreat in your journey is of the utmost importance. This is a time for communion and integration at the beginning and ending of each day. This space allows us to connect with each other and express, explore, and surrender to the process of your path. This is truly a time to connect more deeply with yourself, Source, and each other.
Nourishing Meals: Foundational to happiness is proper nourishment. The goal is to support and align with each guest through meals inspired by ancient wisdom and the spiritual journey. Bring any home routines that are a must, or inquire about the best way to incorporate them into your experience.

So about my experience in Costa Rica with Amy... I've literally wanted to just yell from the rooftops and tell every single person I knew I'm alive, I'm alive.
“And my retreat that I had a few months ago. Before I left for the retreat, I was at capacity, we’re really out of capacity so much. I was exhausted, I was mentally drained. I was eating all of the things that I wanted to eat, but not necessarily that were serving me.

“The week long retreat was so transformative, and 100% worth it. I feel very restored and excited to come back from a trip (with growth and tools) that felt so sustainable and bring that sustainability into my own life.
Throughout this 7-day journey, I was able have the space and the time to fully process a lot of the lessons that I've been exploring in the last two years and also integrate them into what I'm doing now.
