A Soft Reminder for Any Season of Change
here are seasons in life when everything feels like it is shifting at once.
Old patterns loosen. New desires rise. You feel pulled forward but not fully anchored yet. You are in the middle.
The middle can feel tender.
But it is also where the real transformation happens.
Here is your soft reminder:
You are not behind.
You are not doing it wrong.
You are in a moment of becoming.
Being in the Middle
So much pressure comes from thinking you should already be somewhere else.
But the middle is necessary. It is the space where your energy recalibrates, your body catches up to your truth, and your next chapter begins to take shape.
Being in the middle often looks like:
• feeling both excitement and uncertainty
• knowing something is ending but not knowing what comes next
• wanting clarity but needing rest
• feeling emotional without a clear reason
• sensing change before you can name it
You are not supposed to rush this part. The middle is where wisdom forms.
Trusting the Process
Your mind wants timelines.
Your soul wants truth.
Everything you are feeling is part of the process. The clearing. The opening. The quiet shifts inside your body that prepare you for what is coming.
The process is working even when you cannot see it yet. Especially then.
You can trust:
• the timing
• the unfolding
• the internal nudges
• the intuition that is getting louder
• the way your system is reorganizing itself
Trust forms when you stop pushing and start listening.
Energetic Pacing
Not all seasons move at the same speed.
Sometimes your life asks for boldness.
Sometimes it asks for slowness.
Sometimes it asks for stillness so your next direction can reveal itself.
Your pacing right now is not a problem. It is communication.
If your body is asking you to rest, that is part of your path.
If your energy is surging, follow it.
If you feel inward, honor that.
Your life is not meant to be lived at one constant speed. Your energy knows exactly how fast to move.
Holding Yourself Through Transition
Transitions feel tender because you are releasing old versions of yourself. Old identities. Old timelines. Old expectations.
Here is how to hold yourself with care:
• breathe slowly and deeply when emotions rise
• put a hand on your heart and say, “I am with you”
• take space when your system feels overstimulated
• return to your body when your mind spirals
• let yourself cry, rest, or soften without apologizing
• move your body gently to release old energy
• be kind to yourself when you feel sensitive
Holding yourself is not about fixing anything. It is about staying present with what is true.
Holiday Season Energetic Tips
study, writing, and coming out of hermit mode
tools for clearing
acceptance & presence
The holidays can amplify emotions and old patterns. They can also open beautiful moments of connection if your energy is supported.
Here are simple grounding tips you can use anytime:
1. Step outside for one minute of fresh air
Let the cool air reset your field and give your nervous system a break.
2. Place your hand on your chest and inhale for four, exhale for six
This calms your heart and brings you back into coherence.
3. Take a bathroom break to reset your energy
A private moment to breathe, stretch, or shake off tension is powerful.
4. Drink water before reacting
Hydration grounds your system and slows reactivity.
5. Touch something solid
A countertop, a tree, your own thighs. Grounding through touch signals safety.
6. Set a clear internal intention
“I choose calm.”
“I choose truth.”
“I choose to stay with myself.”
Mini resets shift your entire experience.
A Final Reminder
You are allowed to be in transition.
You are allowed to move at the pace your body chooses.
You are allowed to rest, soften, and let things unfold in their own timing.
You are doing beautifully.
Keep listening inward. Your next chapter is already forming.
Feeling the Call to More, Support, or Curious About Deeper Work
If you want gentle support, intuitive reflections, and updates from all parts of my world, you can join my email list or explore the blog categories that speak to you.
If you are ready to dive deeper into your purpose, gifts, or clearing, Alchemy of the Breakthrough is here for the inner work, the recalibration, and the steady guidance that carries you through your shifts.
And if your body is asking for a full reset after the holidays, the Asheville Gathering in January offers five days of rest, laughter, embodiment, sisterhood, reconnection, and remembering your magic.
Both paths lead into our main community circle because we support those who are committed to themselves and their journey. We feel a special pull to community creators, intuitives, sensitive ones, space holders, and soul led leaders.
Choose one, both, or none. It is up to you. You are the expert of you.
Whichever path you choose, your heart already knows it is time to return.
