In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the kidneys store jing, your essence. When fire mobilizes essence, that is Root territory. In a Yang Fire Horse year, Root pressure increases. If kidneys are supported, pressure becomes propulsion. If depleted, pressure becomes anxiety and burnout.

Sacral Chakra
