"Over the past two years now I have been working with Amy and she's helped me change my life.

When I came to Amy, I had a lot of anxiety and I didn't know where to put it or how to manage it. “The space created in Costa Rica was the most incredible opportunity for each one of us to really show up, get deep, get vulnerable, but also have the most such a freeing time.

I really felt like I was able to connect back to myself and step back from a world where a lot of things can pull you out, (of the present moment) right?

Work, personal life, everything comes up, but here, you can just focus on what your themes and lessons are, building stronger relationships with new friends, old friends, but also yourself.

I feel like each one of us had a lot of incredible breakthroughs and new lessons learned that we'll be able to take back with us into life, so when things pulling us left and right, we are still be able to keep this mindset. This mindset of feeling grounded, centered, loving, and feeling alive.

“The week long retreat was so transformative, and 100% worth it. I feel very restored and excited to come back from a trip (with growth and tools) that felt so sustainable and bring that sustainability into my own life.
