    I work with Shamanic practices, breathwork, energy healing, mindfulness, and music — weaving them with embodied wisdom to guide people through growth, healing, and reclamation. Life has shown me that even our limitations can be invitations, shaping us into more resilient, creative, and grounded versions of ourselves.

    For me, nourishment is sacred — food, love, and compassion are the foundations of vitality. Strength comes not from avoiding challenges but from meeting them with humor, depth, and purpose.
