Bobinsana, Reverence, and Returning to What is Sacred
Bobinsana is considered an Amazonian master plant, or maestro planta, because Indigenous communities and traditional healers have long revered it as a conscious spiritual teacher.
Traditionally, it is worked with through a dieta, a ceremonial practice of simplicity, intention, and deep listening that strengthens one's relationship with the plant. Bobinsana is often called the plant of compassion, associated with self-love, forgiveness, grief healing, dreamwork, intuition, and the quiet strength of an open heart rooted deeply in the Earth.
For generations, these traditions have recognized that the deepest teachings rarely arrive through force. They emerge through presence, relationship, and the willingness to slow down enough to listen.
While I deeply respect these traditions, I also recognize that every relationship with a master plant is unique.
Over the past two years, much of my life has naturally reflected the essence of a dieta. I left behind a familiar life, spent extended periods in solitude, immersed myself in nature, studied astrology, Human Design, Gene Keys, consciousness, trauma, nervous system regulation, art, and the wisdom of the Earth. I created, listened, questioned, unraveled old identities, and learned to trust something deeper than certainty. More than anything, I strengthened my relationship with Spirit, Gaia, Source, and my own inner guidance.
Because of that, I didn't feel called to replicate a traditional dieta exactly. Instead, I felt invited to honor what was genuinely being asked of me.
This seven-day journey, or however long it unfolds, isn't about completing another healing practice. It feels like a threshold.
For years my path required stepping away. There were seasons of isolation, grief, endings, uncertainty, and rebuilding from the ground up. Those seasons shaped me in ways I couldn't have imagined. They taught me to find safety within myself instead of searching for it outside of me.
Now something different is emerging.
I don't feel called to withdraw from life.
I feel called back into it.
Not through bigger launches or louder marketing. Through shared meals. Long conversations. Retreats. Forest walks. Tea around a table. Creativity. Laughter. Silence. Art. Community. Places where transformation happens because people feel safe enough to simply be themselves.
I've realized that the most meaningful moments in my own healing have rarely come from consuming more information. They came from experiences that invited my body to remember something my mind already knew.
That realization is changing the way I want to serve.
I'm feeling called toward intimate in-person immersions where people can step out of their everyday lives long enough to hear themselves again. Spaces where nature, beauty, conversation, creativity, and presence become the medicine.
And then...integration.
Because insight isn't the destination.
Living it is.
The virtual space still matters deeply to me, but I see it differently now. I don't want it to replace human connection. I want it to support it. To help people integrate what they've experienced once they return home, weaving those moments into everyday life instead of leaving them behind when the retreat ends.
Perhaps that's what this season is teaching me.
Healing isn't something we visit.
The sacred isn't reserved for ceremony.
Transformation isn't found only in extraordinary moments.
Eventually, it asks to become the way we make tea in the morning, walk through the forest, sit with a friend, create something beautiful, and meet ourselves with compassion.
Maybe that's what bobinsana has been reminding me all along.
An open heart isn't a destination.
It's a way of living.

Or begin now. Explore the offerings below to deepen your purpose, create more space, and integrate what you're discovering.
I created several guides for seasons of change and practical ways to understand soul purpose and essence. Not a job or an archetype who you uniquely are and why you are here now.
If you feel called to explore your own elemental blueprint, spiritual awakening journey, or ways to bring more presence, beauty, and intention into your life, you can book a reading or an immersion.
I created two guides for seasons I have walked through… first understanding your soul purpose Uncover the Story Your Soul Designed and another times of change and the in between Space to Be You. They are digital guides to explore whatever season you are in, awakening shifts, and wanting more depth in your life.
Exploration & Live Integration
Sometimes the most meaningful shifts happen after the insight arrives. My 1:1 sessions are for those who have completed the Uncover the Story Your Soul Designed or Space to Be You digital guides or existing clients. If you want support exploring or integrating what surfaced we'll work with where ever youa re at and if applicable your astrology, Human Design, Gene Keys, and current life experiences to help integrate the wisdom, uncover next steps, and bring greater alignment into everyday life.
In-Person Retreats & Costa Rica Immersion
If this kind of remembering speaks to something inside you, I also host private in-person immersions and retreats rooted in nature, beauty, presence, and authentic connection. These experiences are designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and hear your own inner voice more clearly again.
This November, I’ll also be hosting a group immersion in Costa Rica. Jungle, ocean, movement, beauty, deep conversations, nourishing food, nervous system exhale, and space to simply be human again.
You can choose one, both, or neither. Your body already knows what is calling you deeper.
I look forward to connecting.
XO Amy
