I believe that everything is energy and frequency. And to be at peace yours must be in alignment.

On this episode I talk about my path of self-discovery and my biggest leap. I when I narrowed my life down to a few belongings and a backpack and traveled through India and Nepal for a year with Gaia guiding her soul. The result was learning to trust my inner guidance.

Through my experiences, I discovered the magic and healing of energy work, sound bowls and chanting. Now I share what I have learned to support others on their journey of awakening through speaking events and co-authoring books. In all my curated resources and chapters I share the tools that helped me overcome the obstacles in various areas of life to connect to my Soul. —Lily
