I’ve been working with Amy individually for a few years now, and she’s helped me find peace and regain my footing through some really tricky moments with my family and my career.
When she invited me to her retreat in Costa Rica, I surprised both of us by saying yes, and I’m so grateful I did.
I had devoted the past decade to motherhood and had thoroughly lost myself in the process. I was worried that I would be a shell of myself forever.
From the moment I arrived in Costa Rica, I felt a stirring in my heart. The entire experience felt like an invitation to sit with myself and acknowledge my needs, thoughts, and desires, along with the habits that had kept me living from a place of lack.
At the retreat, I came back home to my own body and voice. I was surrounded by the support I needed to let go of old patterns. The wildness of the place, the energetic space created by Amy and the facilitators, the community, and the food we shared all made it feel safe to release what no longer served me and remember what mattered most.
I returned home a different person, and the transition was messy. With the support of Amy and my new sisterhood, I was able to navigate that mess and continue following the stirring in my heart, even when it felt difficult, because that is where the magic is.

Over the past two years now I have been working with Amy and she's helped me change my life.
When I came to Amy, I had a lot of anxiety and I didn't know where to put it or how to manage it. I didn't know why different things were happening in my life and I didn't know how to cope with them and I was generally overwhelmed and a little bit lost and she held the space for me to do really great work and I've been able to drastically reduce my anxiety.
I've been able to carry a healthy pregnancy, with twins! I have two beautiful girls that I'm able to be present with them as their mom. Using different tools through Soul Mapping, (a blend of Human Design, Astrology, and Gene Keys), I've been able to reconcile what my own desires are.

I wanted to share my retreat experience with Amy that I had a few months ago. Before I left for the retreat, I was at capacity, really (I was) out of capacity for much. I was exhausted, I was mentally drained, I was eating all of the things that I wanted to eat but not necessarily that were serving me and I was ready for a shift.
I didn't know what that shift was and I just went (to Costa Rica) and I didn't know how to explain it or didn't understand what I was getting myself into but I knew and felt that it was going to be a good thing.
When I left Costa Rica, I came home and I realized haven't felt like that in years upon years, and if I may even childlike.
