I am so excited to return to my favorite place on earth, Costa Rica. Dominical holds a kind of magic that lives in my body.
Everything here hums with life. The jungle meets the noise you’ve been carrying and quietly shifts it into awareness. Rosy clouds stretch across the sky at sunset and something in you softens. You slow down. You actually listen.
The elements invite you back to yourself. Not the version that holds it all together, the one that’s been waiting underneath it. The one that rises from your soul.
Here, you’ll gather with women who are ready to explore and live their vision. To reclaim their truth. To embody their joy. To move from something intimate, something real.
Something in you already knows.

Our days move between guided practices and open space, allowing you to receive what is actually needed, not what you think you should be doing.
You’ll have the option to experience sacred plant medicine for deep release and clarity, creative workshops and art as a way back into expression, and energy and intuitive work to bring your inner and outer world into alignment. We gather for ocean and fire rituals that support renewal, release, and celebration, while also leaving space for rest, reflection, and connection with the land.
You’ll be held in a container designed for real nourishment, body, heart, and soul, coherence so you can return home clearer, grounded, and able to move differently in your life.

Although I’ve recently arrived in Oregon, my heart remains deeply connected from my time living in Costa Rica.
My intention for 2026 is to create spaces rooted in a deeper connection to Gaia, safety, community, joy, and genuine connection. Costa Rica naturally stays at the center of that vision.
Each year, I plan to return with an intimate group of eight women to share the energy, beauty, and experiences that exist there in a way I haven’t found anywhere else.
Simply being there changes you.
I’ve both participated in and hosted retreats in Dominical, and it continues to be my favorite place. There is something about the land, the rhythm, and the way everything slows that allows something real to come forward.
I look forward to welcoming you into an intentional week of creativity, connection, joy, and meaningful moments.

No prior experience is needed, but many light workers, healers, and space holders will feel called here—to rest, replenish, and connect with the ocean, the jungle, and their own purpose.
Even as I guide, I receive. Each gathering brings new insight, activation, and connection reminding me of the magic of walking this path together.

Airfare and any additional excursions or services are not included.
Travel: You will book two flights, first to SJO in San José, Costa Rica (not California, please), and then to Quepos. A group shuttle from Quepos Airport will be scheduled for the start of the retreat (or fly into San Jose next morning).
*If you miss the scheduled shuttle, you will be responsible for arranging and covering your own transportation to the retreat location.

7 Days and 6 Nights of Immersive Alchemy
Over a week long immersion, step into a rhythm that honors both your vision and your need for a deep, quiet reset of your heart and soul. This is a sanctuary for the woman who has been holding everything together and is ready to be held by the land and expand.
Our Sanctuary
Our home is a tropical-modern villa tucked into the canopy. It is a private sanctuary designed for safety, comfort, and an effortless connection to the jungle. It is a place to exhale, to move with the sun, and to remember what it feels like to be fully at home within.
The Path of the Insider
We move through the jungle with intention with our trusted guide, Wil. He is our "man with the plan" who handles the arrangements so you can truly let go. We’ll skip the crowded tourist spots in favor of private nature preserves and secluded waterfalls where the water releases you and the essence of life resets your spirit.
Creative Sovereignty
I’ve curated workshops and "art as medicine" for our time together. Whether we are in 1:1 sessions or moving in milieu, this is a time to play, to vision, and to refine the visual language of your life. There is no "hustle," just the expansive power of creative flow.
The Ritual of Restoration
Healing here is deep, soul led, and somatic. We’ve invited the practitioners from Bri Day Spa to bring their out-of-this-world touch directly to the villa. Along with a sound bath led by Met Salih, you will be nourished by practitioners who truly understand the frequency of this land.
Nourishment & Connection
From vibrant, plant-focused meals prepared by our private chef to our morning and evening circles, every moment is an invitation to return to yourself. You’ll be surrounded by an intimate circle of women who, like you, are claiming their lives with grace and intention.

I had devoted the past decade to motherhood and had thoroughly lost myself in the process. If you can’t fill from an empty cup, I was doing my very best at faking it. I was worried that I would be a shell of myself forever.
From the moment I arrived in Costa Rica, I felt a stirring in my heart. The entire experience was invitation after invitation to sit with myself and acknowledge my needs, thoughts, and desires (and also the habit to squelch them, that had led to the state of lack I had grown so accustomed to).
At the retreat, I came back home to my own body and voice. I was surrounded by all the support I needed to let go of those old patterns – the profound wildness of the place, the energetic space created by Amy and the facilitators, the vibrant and supportive community, the physical and soul food we shared.
To be held that way made it so safe to release so much and uncover what remained and what mattered. Without judgment, I was able to feel gratitude for all that had served me before, while knowing it was time to move on.
I returned home a different person, and when I landed back in the life I had created pre-retreat, there were some shockwaves. It was messy, and I was able to navigate the mess, holding onto what I had discovered in order to create the life I am meant to live, letting the residue wash away from the life I was merely surviving before.

"The space created in Costa Rica was the most incredible opportunity for each one of us to be met where we were at. And somehow it just all worked.
I really felt like I was able to connect back to myself and step back from a world where a lot of things can pull you out, (of the present moment) right?
Work, personal life, everything comes up, but here, you can just focus on what your themes and lessons are, building stronger relationships with new friends, old friends, but also yourself. I feel like each one of us had a lot of incredible breakthroughs and new lessons learned that we'll be able to take back with us into life, so when things pulling us left and right, we are still be able to keep this mindset. This mindset of feeling grounded, centered, loving, and feeling alive.
