We are three days after the Fire Horse Lunar New Year. Integrating. Getting glimpses. Letting it flow.
The New Moon in Aquarius on February 17, 2026 marked a major collective threshold. This was not just a New Moon. It was also the first Solar Eclipse of the year, initiating a new eclipse cycle on the Leo–Aquarius axis, and it coincided with the beginning of the Fire Horse Year in Chinese Astrology.
This moment carries acceleration, but not chaos. The Leo–Aquarius axis asks us to examine the relationship between the individual and the collective. Self-expression and community. Heart and humanity. It brings awareness to where we have dimmed ourselves to belong, or lost ourselves inside roles, relationships, and group identities that are no longer aligned.
The Solar Eclipse and New Moon acts as a reset. It temporarily obscures what we thought we knew so a deeper truth can emerge. It invites reflection on how we connect, how we belong, and how we participate in community. Not to judge, but to see clearly.
