Coherence, Clearing, and the Remembering Moving Toward the Lunar and Astrological New Year

Something subtle but powerful is happening right now. Many of us feel it in our bodies before we can name it. A quiet pull to simplify. To clear. To let go of objects, identities, relationships, and timelines that no longer feel true.

This is not about productivity, minimalism, or self improvement. It’s about remembrance.

We are moving toward two significant thresholds.

Ancient cultures like the Mayans, Lemurians, and Atlantians lived in coherence. Their lives were rhythmic, relational, and responsive to nature rather than extractive or performative.

The Great Awakening is not about escaping the world or transcending the human experience. It is about reclaiming it. Remembering how to live inside our bodies, our communities, and the natural world with integrity and intuition.

As I recently cleaned out my own closet, I noticed something unexpected. Each piece of clothing held information. Memories of when I bought it. Who I was with. How I felt in my body then and how I feel now. Many items were tied to versions of myself from 2020–2021. Real versions, but no longer current.

What I kept surprised me. I was guided to keep pieces that are four to five sizes too small. Not out of pressure or fantasy, but because they carried a frequency. A style. A memory of coherence in my body. I could see a pattern clearly. Times when I felt good, confident, and embodied. Followed by relationships that pulled me out of myself. When those relationships ended, the frequency dropped.

What I am reclaiming now is not weight or appearance. It is safety.

As the body becomes safe again, it remembers how to organize itself naturally. Shape, rhythm, energy, appetite. All of it follows safety. Those clothes are not a future goal. They are a record of what my body knows how to return to when it is no longer bracing.

When the clearing was complete, about half my closet was gone. What remained organized itself by color as it always has, but this time the coherence was unmistakable. The colors worked together. The styles aligned. And most striking, they mirrored nature. Earth tones, sky tones, water tones, fire held gently. Nothing random. Nothing forced.

This is what happens when distortion falls away.

The New Moon in Aquarius on February 17, 2026 marks a major collective threshold. This is not just a New Moon. It is also the first Solar Eclipse of the year, initiating a new eclipse cycle on the Leo–Aquarius axis, and it coincides with the beginning of the Fire Horse Year in Chinese Astrology.

As a Solar Eclipse, this New Moon acts like a reset. It obscures what we thought we knew so a deeper truth can emerge. It invites introspection around our connections, unconscious biases, and the ways we participate in community. Not to judge them, but to see them clearly.

Aquarius governs the future, but this eclipse reminds us that the future is built through coherence, not ideology. Through embodied belonging, not performance. This is a powerful beginning for new friendships, new group dynamics, and new ways of relating that are rooted in authenticity rather than survival.

With the Fire Horse Year beginning, there is also a surge of life force and momentum coming online. Fire Horse energy brings courage, movement, and renewal, but it demands integrity. It amplifies whatever foundation is present. That is why the clearing happening now matters so deeply. What we bring forward into this cycle will move quickly.

Then, on March 20, 2026, the Sun enters Aries at the Spring Equinox and the Astrological New Year begins. Mercury turns direct, restoring clarity, communication, and forward motion. Aries initiates, but initiation without coherence leads to burnout. This year asks us to initiate from alignment, not urgency.
