We not only have the training and lived experience, we have supported each other through some of the most transformative seasons of our lives and into our own breakthroughs.
We have watched our intuition, passion, and purpose deepen as we stopped just knowing the work and started living it. We have moved through our own healing and into deeper community until it became embodied wisdom.

So about my experience with Amy... I just literally wanted to yell from the rooftops and tell every single person I knew I'm alive, I'm alive.
My Costa Rican retreat was in April 2023. Before I left for the retreat, I was at capacity, we’re really out of capacity so much. I Iork with Amy buw know that I needed more attsn ion or something big to happen. I was exhausted, I was mentally drained. I was eating all of the things that I wanted to eat, but not necessarily that were serving me.
Well, and I was ready for a shift. But I didn't know what that was. And I just went to the retreat in Costa Rica, and I didn't know how to explain it or didn't understand what I was getting myself into. But I knew and felt that it was going to be a good thing.
When I left, I came home, and I haven't felt like that in years upon years. And if I may even child like, I felt refreshed. My body just felt like a whole new being. And I've literally wanted to just yell from the rooftops and tell every single person I knew I'm alive, I'm alive. And I assure you, this experience will transform you in ways you cannot yet imagine. Reclaiming myself after losing myself in motherhood for a decade & excited for what's to come. motherhood and lost sight of who I was.
In my individual work over the last several years with Amy I have regained peace and footing through some really tricky moments with my family and my career. And I could feel big change coming.
So when she invited me to her retreat in Costa Rica, I surprised everyone including myself, by accepting the invite. It turned out to be one of the best decisions I've ever made.
I'd spent the last decade absorbed in motherhood and lost sight of who I was. I was worried that this would be a permanent state of being for me.
When I arrived in Costa Rica, I felt a stirring in my heart; the entire experience was an invitation to sit and acknowledge my needs, thoughts, and desires, which I had been suppressing all along. The retreat helped me rediscover my own body and voice, and I was surrounded by a supportive intimate group of women that helped me let go of my old patterns. It was a safe space that allowed me to release and uncover what mattered most to me.
